All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Medicare rebates apply where eligible.
We accept all valid Medicare cards. Bulk billing is available for eligible patients. Simply provide your Medicare number at booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Payment is processed at the time of booking or after consultation.
Many private health insurers offer rebates for telehealth consultations. We provide itemised receipts for all services for your claim.
Available for Medicare card holders; concession card holders; Pensioner concession; DVA Gold cards; and children under 16. Eligibility is confirmed during the booking process.
If your out-of-pocket costs exceed the Medicare Safety Net. Once you reach the threshold, you may receive higher Medicare rebates for remaining consultations.
We require 2 hours notice for telehealth consultations and 24 hours notice for home visits. Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee.
You will receive itemised receipts with all Medicare item numbers for claiming purposes. These are sent automatically after each consultation via email.
All our doctors have valid Medicare provider and prescriber numbers. These are included on all documentation for your records and claiming purposes.
